Purpose: Facilitate IRONMARKETS’ Digital revenue goals by successfully managing, implementing, and completing assigned Digital projects and campaigns.
Job Results/Outcomes
- Successfully manage all digital campaigns and achieve a 100% success rate on campaign delivery, including webinar management.
- Facilitate campaign kick-off calls with internal and external clients.
- Provide campaign timeframes and schedules to internal and external clients.
- Facilitate material collection and approvals.
- Oversee all campaign success metrics, including reporting and success KPI’s as defined.
- Facilitate webinars through the ON24 webinar platform. This includes creation, marketing, and live management of the webinar within the platform.
- If tasked, work with the VP – Operations to review lead generation goals, tactics, vendors, and overall strategy.
- Represent IRONMARKETS as the professional, client-facing campaign manager for all digital campaigns.
- Build trust and rapport with internal and external clients and facilitate revenue growth by offering suggestions, improvements, and solutions.
- Instill trust in the clients by offering campaign metrics, suggestions, and overall assume ownership of the projects.
- Working with the VP – Operations, establish and implement an efficient and professional digital operations process to achieve revenue goals established by the CRO.
- Monitor and maintain process by offering suggestions and improvements.
- Train and be efficient in the project management tools used by the company.
- Work within the timeframes established to complete all Digital campaigns within the scope established.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years of Project Management experience.
- Client facing experience at advertising agency or marketing services firm is a definitive plus
